El Gringo Loco
An 8oz. steak with three bacon wrapped shrimp, topped
with our “LOCA” sauce; spicy but with a wonderful flavor.
Served with rice and charro beans. Get it if you dare!!!
Jennifer’s Plate
Three chicken enchiladas with tomatillo and sour cream sauce
topped with sautéed vegetables. Served with rice
and refried beans.
Shirley’s Special
Your choice of bacon wrapped jumbo shrimp or grilled
tilapia fillet over a delicious bed of sautéed onions,
mushrooms and spinach with garlic sauce. Accompanied
with fresh cut avocado and tomatoes.
Caroline’s Plate
A tilapia filet with spinach, onions, mushrooms, tomato, broccoli,
cilantro and sliced jalapeño. Everything steamed to perfection.
Served with rice and black beans.
Chile Relleno
Poblano pepper stuffed with monterrey jack cheese,
ground beef or shredded chicken, topped with salsa verde.
Served with rice and refried beans.
Mexican Flautas
A delicious combination of chicken flautas topped
with lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese and Mexican
sour cream. Served with rice and refried beans.
Brisket Tacos
Delicious homemade brisket on soft lightly grilled corn
tortillas with melted cheese, grilled onions, cilantro and
sliced avocado. Served with rice, charro beans and our
“LOCA” sauce.
Enchiladas Tejanas
Enchiladas Texas style! Two cheese enchiladas
with chile con carne topped with your choice of steak
or chicken fajitas. Served with rice and charro beans.

Mexican Wrap
A delicious and healthy combination of grilled or
breaded chicken, fresh mushrooms, spinach, pico
de gallo and cheese. With your choice of dressing.
All wrapped in a large spinach tortilla.
